Rukasana is a DEI leader with 12 years of HR and talent industry experience in media, technology, professional services, and higher education. Before joining the Financial Times, she led the Workforce DEI Strategy for the EMEA/International market at Warner Bros Discovery. At Google, she spearheaded the DEI agenda across its EMEA technology business. Rukasana is a passionate advocate for supporting underrepresented talent and works with organisations like Muslim Women Connect as a mentor and coach.
