Newsreaders and Jordanian royalty turn out in style for the Asian Women of Achievement Awards honouring powerful females in business, sport and media
Figures from the media and even royalty turned out last night for the announcement of the Asian Women of Achievement Awards at a glittering ceremony in London.
Presented by BBC newsreader Riz Lateef, the awards honoured the contribution of Asian women in areas such as business, culture and the media.
Also in attendance was ITV newsreader Julie Etchingham and Princess Badiya bint El Hassan of Jordan, a lawyer and charity worker.
